Zeus - The main god on Mount Olympus. One of his passions include pederasty with his young trophy named Ganymede (it's actually a satellite orbiting Jupiter(his roman name)).
Hades - God of the underworld. He married a 14 year old girl named Percephone, Demeter's daughter, and that explains the passign of the seasons (because she has to stay with him every 4 months.)
Ares - God of War. The biggest tyrant of them all and he was said to have a child with Aphrodite (not sure of the name).
Artemis - Goddess of the moon, fertility, etc. She has a twin brother Apollo. She sent a boar after Adonis to kill him because he was being arrogant and thought he was a better hunter (Goddess of the hunt, lol)
Athena - Goddess of War (the good side) - She was born out of Zeus' head.
Aphrodite: Goddess of Virginity, sex, etc. She was the most beautiful of all the goddesses. Her son was Eros (Cupid). She had a son with Hermes, hence Hermaphroditus. She came out of Cronus' balls.
Zeus (Jupiter) is the god of the heavens/sky. he is the king of the gods and carries around a thunderbolt. He is the son of Cronos (kronos) king of titans and Rhea godess of earth. He is the youngest son. his father swallowed all his siblings (hades, hera, poseidon, demeter, hestia etc.) and he made him spit them back up. He has many children and his wife is Hera though he constantly has affairs. some of his children include Athena, Hermes, Heraclitus, Apollo, Ares, Artemis, Dionysus, and sometimes Aphrodite.
Hades (Pluto) is god of the underworld/king of the dead. He lives in the underworld with his wife Persephone (daughter of Demeter)
Ares (Mars) is god of war. he is Aphrodite's lover and son of Zeus.
Artemis (Diana) is goddess of the hunt. She is one of the maiden (virgin) goddess and dislikes males. She is often represented by the stag. She is also assiciated with the moon.
Athena (Minerva) is goddess of wisdom though she is also a war goddess. She emerged out of Zeus' head clad in armor ready for battle. She is represented by an owl for wisdom. She too is a maiden goddess.
Aphrodite (venus) is the goddess of love and beauty. She is the wife of Heraclitus but she doen't like him very much because he is ugly/crippled. She is lover of Ares and often depicted nude. Some say she is Zeus' daughter but others say she is daughter of Ouranous (god of heaven & father of Cronos)
