Cell Phone Verizon- unlock simcard?

hi-i have 2 questions:
1- is it possible to unlock simcard from: cell phone- verizon LG VX 10000?
2- will this phone work with the prepaid card?

No it's not possible to unlock the LG mobile from that Network..It's CDMA network(Verizon)..You can unlock the mobile from the GSM Network..In here
