British Reality Show = UK Fame?

My boss has just offered a pair of gorgeous twin girls, their own reality show, which is set to air on ITV2, some time next year. The show will follow them getting - in their aim for a career in the showbiz industry - multiple minor cosmetic surgeries in the UK/US, such as:

Eyebrow/Eyelash Transplantation
Rhinoplasty (Nosejob)
Porcelain Veneers
Permalip
Breast Augmentation

It's now my job to research the possibilities of whether or not the TV show will actually make them famous, or if the public will view it as just another makeover program? Your opinion is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The last thing we need is "shows" like this. As a boy, I wish every program was as good as Top Gear. We don't need things like "The Eyelash Show". I can't see it being popular anyway - it's just another waste of money. Still, I suppose it's better than being on the BBC, otherwise we'd be paying tax for a STUPID show.
