how long would it take to drive in a car from burnaby, british colombia to portland, oregon ? about 250-256 miles? or 413 km

my mom wants to buy this used car but it has 250,000 miles on it, is that bad or can this car hold alot more miles?

The rgv 250 i have drains the battery really quick, with each night charging it fully. Ive heard there is a special type of battery you can buy made specifally for this probelm and for the suzuki rgv 250 1992 ? cheers for the help
