...dvd player? I have both installed in my car but do not have a remote. Dvds play but i cant get past the menu select. i can fast forward and play and pause before the menu but i dont know what to press to select play or things like scene select once i get to the menu.

I have two alpine type-r 10" subwoofers but I am thinking about upgrading to Two Alpine Type-R 12"s. Is there much of a difference in bass? Is it worth upgrading or perhaps I could do something to the Dual 10"s to give it as much bass as dual 12"s, like a new amp or deck or something. Let me know.

okay so i want a 12 in alpine type x....but i was wondering what is the best amp to power one alpine type x?? but i also would like to go with the alpine type r...what is the differnce from the type x and type r and witch would be a better choice?.. and also plez put what amp with power both...

ok so obviously it depends on which models, but overall, is there any experts out there that can shed some light on this delima.

12" Alpine type R or Rockford Fosgate P3??? Is the p3 worth paying 20 more dollars more???

I have two alpine type rs in a ported box and have the subs bridged to a 700 rms amp. I have blown up speakers in the passed and am scared to do it with these subs. Am I doing anything wrong here? Could I be hurting anything by wiring it to the wrong ohms or anything like that?

I recently noticed my 10 inch alpine type x was making a lot of noise. I took the sub out and noticed sparks coming from where the cone and spider meet. I figured the voice coil or somethings messed up. Is it worth repairing or should i just toss the sub?? It also smelled like it was burning.

Today I lost my connections to my voice coil jumpers to run them at 2 ohms so without the jumpers I don't know how to run my sub I looked at the specifications and I think I need those jumpers. Can some one help bad. They belong to my alpine type x thanks
