I have just had a large remote control boat constructed which will run on a group of 12 NiMH batteries. I have bought a charger pack for it but am unsure of what voltage to charge them at in order for it to be safe. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I've got a wireless temperature gauge. The remote yet goes outside, and then the unit that displays the temperature goes inside.
I've found that the batteries in the outdoor unit die extremely fast and it seems to be related to cold temperatures.
So, should cold temperatures, down to about...
remote control for example? like the batteries in a remote control. the batteries are in opposite positions. the positive and negative are facing different ways. why is this?

I took apart my old 1st gen iPod shuffle and my old cellphone because they were broke and I was bored (they're not giving me enough hw in college obviously). They both have li-ion batteries and I was just wondering if there is anything I can do with them that doesn't include throwing them in the...
