beginners

I am a beginner and have no clue what board to get. I'm looking for a good cruising board and one that is affordable. And if you could please list what kind of wheels and etc. to get.

I want a good workout dvd for beginners. I am skinny but pretty out of shape. Some of the ones I have downloaded are too hard for me :( (for now) Please don't suggest p90x. I don't want to go have to buy a pullup bar.

I am very inflexible and have a lot of problems due to my tight muscles. I want to find a dvd that includes stretches for every part of the body that I can do every day. I want the full benefits of stretching the whole body.
