okay so i am doing a physics project on BMX biking....
and what are some positions to avoid when BMX biking so that one can reduce strees on their body?
and.... use for any trick ( any exampel of a trick) how would one position their arms, legs etc, to create teh highest jump, fartherse leap...
I want to know how many calories I burn biking approx 10 miles a day and how many calories I should eat a day trying to get fit

Just curious if theres anway to tell if its calibrated correctly. The average speed I get is around 11mph. Does that sound right for someone who isnt pedalling like crazy, but not just cruising either?

I started exercising again after a long time, and I really don't know what to do at the gym. I've taken to this stationary bike because it's a lot of fun and you can vary your workout. Can I lose weight from going on just this, though, and building my leg muscles? I don't care about building...

I saw in wal mart bikes for $100 to $300 etc., i would like to start biking every day, maybe even longer drives like 90-120 minutes, but i have no idea what i have to look for in a bike and howmuch it's worth, whats a good price and whats overpay, etc.etc.
I'm from Bridgwater and go up Kings Cliff in North Petherton and will occasionally go to Ranscombe up the Quantocks but was wondering if there are any other good spots close by to go to.
