    lost my retains. been 2 and a half weeks, a few teeth lifted up a tiny bit?

    im suppose to wear my retainers for 3monthes non stop, but i lost them during my lunch ):. im getting them back soon. but some of my teeth lifted a bit! will i have to wear braces again?
