Do the DVD collections come with the extras like Outtakes, OVA's, Special Episodes?

i have a copy of black ops for my xbox, and it cracked. i really don't want to buy another copy of the same game, so i am trying to get it on my laptop for free. is there any way i can get a copy of this game without torrents and please include the crack if it is required.
