Whats a really Good and cheap headset to put on my gt bicycle? One that will fit a bike with gyro brakes?

The front brakes are sticking after changing the pads. Is this because their is a problem with the ABS? Many thanks in advance

I just got my rotors and pads replaced 3 months ago. They are making a grinding like noise, but only when I go low speeds. It doesn't happen consistently either. They used Ceramic pads and OEM rotors. No other issues were noticed at time of replacement. What on earth could be causing this?
