I am llooking for the way the springs, the adjuster and the fork are installed

my brakes are at the very back of the pedal . and my parking brake light is on all the time.

I want to know what kind of brakes are on the front and the back if the front are disc and back are drum

Had a car sitting outside for about 3 years, it's not very valuable just didn't have room in the garage for it. Put new rotors on the front wheels, and they work fine but now when I put it in gear (R or D), it wont budge because the rear wheels are locked. I imagine this is due to rust forming...
