I just got a Samsung Captivate and downloaded a bunch of free ringtones. Now I can't find them on my phone and I want to put them on individual contacts. How do I do all that?

I follow a lot of people on Twitter and I receive a lot of tweets. Every time I receive a tweet, my phone turns on to notify me. Does this constant turning on and off of my Droid wear on my phone at all?

I have a samsung captivate running 2.1 eclair OS and It is rooted, also have the root explorer app and my phone works fine. I need to know how to tether my captivate to my laptop, if I can do this without paying for it, thank you if you can help.

I have purchased and downloaded two live wallpapers from the Android market. Whenever I try to use either of them, the live wallpaper will work for a while, but will randomly change to the "Blue sea" live wallpaper after some time.

i really want the firefox 4 beta for the android but in the market it cost money and i downloaded it straight from the website but it says that i cant install apps that arent in the app store so how to i go around this?

I've noticed a lot of the android phones has been using Mobile Safari. Is this true for the Samsung Captivate. Also, I'm looking for a list that shows all of the browser specs for all mobile phones. Not just smart phones. Where can I find this at? Thanks, Jon W

I know that Froyo 2.2 for the Samsung Captivate is not out yet, and I can wait, I'm in no hurry. But when it does come out, how will I go about getting my phone updated? Will it do it automatically? Will it cost money to upgrade it (if so, what would your estimate be?) Thank You! Gracie
