    Cardio and Weight Training for 4 OR 5 days? Which one is better?

    I currently work out 5 days a week, doing cardio and weight training. I really just want to do 4 days of cardio and weight training and 1 day of cardio, for an hour straight. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? Any suggestions please.
