So I'm getting a car soon and both are around the same price and look very similar. I know this may sound naive, but which is "cooler" or "nicer" for a teen? I mean is Chrysler more luxury or is dodge more for kids? Also in your opinion which is the better option and why?

Don't bother. There is not much power in a 9V battery. What you should do is get a 6Ah 12V SLA battery and 0.5A automatic mains charger. You attach to the battery an automotive 12V socket, and use the car charger for your phone.
