I bought 3 Rhode Island hen about a year ago and they are all healthy and laying daily. However one of the chickens has had runny poo since we first got her. The other chickens don't have it so I believe it's some sought of disease effecting only the one chicken, what do you people think?

I'm seriously a true cooking newbie. The way I've always been shown how to cook chicken is pour a little oil in a pan, throw the a boneless chicken on over medium-high heat. Cook until white in the middle. Surely there must be a healthier way and also a way to keep it from being dry as hell...
