I know a fare bit about computers, and I managed to get my Dial-up internet (we moved and had to downgrade) working through some form of wireless LAN, and I also believe it work on the LAN cable as well... Although the next day when I try to connect I was given a limited or no connection...

Can a dial-up internet user install a filter on their phone line? Or, is this only available to DSL users?

internet speed???? i use dial up and i have 546kbpe i think almost like that and i only get 20kb per sec how can i use my 500kb or atleast just make it a bit higher??? coz when i play PS3 network its so slow i can hardly kill someone please guys help me out thanks

how are people with dial-up internet supposed to download itunes and start adding music to their ipods. we live in a rural area and broadband and digital is not available to us and the problem is with speed. by the time my computer downloads about 40 percent of itunes the internet disconnects...
