Do you have to have the shsh blobs saved on Cydia from a prevouis jailbreak? I have jailbroke on 3.1.3 but it never asked the make my life easier so can I downgrade or what?

I already have homebrew and am fine installing any apps. I want to downgrade it to IOS 36 and currently have 58. I DONT CARE HOW BAD THIS IS OR IF IT IS ILLEAGAL, PLEASE ONLY ANSER THE QUESTION!!
