    Do you need a regular drivers license before you can get a motorcycle license in CA?

    the dmv site doesn't exactly clarify. well, it never mentions a regular license at all. it just says apply for an m1 or m2 etc etc. i'm heading bacl to cali in a couple of weeks and want to be as prepared as possible.
