I have 30 hours worth of saved programs on my DVR and its beginning to pile up so was wanting to save the stuff and not just delete it is this possible?

I don't want a laptop computer i want my direcTV receiver as my mythbuntu receiver please no stupid responses

And the show we are watching is about to be taken over by the DVR. The countdown timer appears, 2 min to go before the DVR takes over. How do we cancel the DVR event so we can finish the show we are currently watching?

play DVDs.? I have a DVD player hookedup to my Replay TV DVR via rca composite cables, BUT I can't seem to figure out how to play the dvd player through the unit! Is there a button on the remote or something I need to do to be able to watch DVDs? Thanks in Advance!
