It has some simple menu, without some options, and I can't find network services and call forwarding.

Earlier it takes 2 minutes to copy a CD and 5 minutes for a DVD. Now it takes an hour to write a DVD at 8x. Please help me with soultion.

I try to watch anime with english subtitles in Divx but when I play it in there, the subtitles won't appear... the file is an mkv file. Any way to enable them? D:
