How does this work?
Heating food removes water from the food. So does the food absorb some of the water it is sitting in, so that it doesn't dry out?
So I am thinking of cooking food at home and selling it as a business.. but i need to know what i have to do befor ei can do this like what are the legal requirements, if i need any licenses ect ect this is in Perth WA
