    Why did I buy a dodge intrepid?

    I bought it used and for the first year it seemed like a nice car but now it seems like everything is falling apart on it and there are a lot of recalled parts on it now that I investigated a litle more. What are some problems that others have had so I know what to expect next?

    Would a 1997 chrysler concorde v6 engine fit a 2000 intrepid?

    Concorde runs but is too much to fix details radiator plates etc... Would the engine be a good fit for a 2000 intrepid that just needs a new engine??

    1996 Dodge Intrepid Problems?

    It can be a number of things, First Have the fuel pump pressure checked, When was the last time you changed the fuel filter, it can be stopping up and cutting off the fuel. The reason you loose everything is the engine stops.

    I have a 02 intrepid and it works fine in reverse but when you put it in drive it will not shift from whatever gear its in whether its 2nd or 3rd. it doesnt matter if you pull it down in low or 3, it still wont differ, My scanner isnt tellin me too awful much about this code, and it has no other...
