Did you have to get an antenna adapter? I would be locking at the antenna lead anyhow (broke, Shorted, etc.). Also make sure the unit has a external ground, even if it is working it may only be the antenna lead grounding your radio.

just bought an intrepid for $100 with a broken timing belt. replaced the belt now motor surges at idle between 500 and 1000 rpm. After acceleration it will often stall. no fault codes in computer. Has me stumped. Any ideas?
