The motorola karma phone has conversation texting (which means in the inbox you see only conversations, not messages by themselves. I want to know how to change it so it's not in conversation texting, and its just messages by themselves. Can anyone help?

i took around 30 pictures today on my phone because i forgot my camera and i put them all in a photo album on my phone and made sure that they were in that album then deleted it on the captured pictures album. when i went back to the album it wasnt there. is there anyway to recover those pictures?
I just bought a Karma and it has the predictive texting turned on, but I cannot figure out how to turn it off. Can someone walk me through that?
In answer to the sarcastic answer below, I do not have the manual with me and cannot locate one online.
I have movies in an mp4 format but i cannot figure out how to put them onto my Karma. I have tried converting them into the 3gp format and even adjusting the resolution... What am i missing? (thanks in advance)
