are souped up v6 mustangs considered a ricer? if they actually fix up the engine. not just the outside of the car because I know some people actually do mod their v6 mustangs.

Stock, I have a gold stripe on the side that matches my interior.
I plan on getting my windows tinted pretty dark and I want to get rid of the ugly gold stripe.
