How do I join a Newsgroup without using oulook (yuk..)... Can we do this web-based ?

Im using Outlook express and looking for any NNTP who host C++ related newsgroups. Can anyone help? Thanks Rob

I currently am using Live Mail as my e-mail Client. How do I search for and/or add newsgroups to the program. When I go to the newsgroup area all it lists are Microsoft sites when I click "View Newsgroups"
