    i got a 2000 watt mono D amplifier and 2 8 ohm 1200 watt sub woofers along with a 4 ohm 800 watt sub woofer. should i scrap the 4 ohm sub or can i work something with all 3?

    If my amp is max rms 1000, but my sub is 500 rms max 8 ohm, will my amp...

    ...be pulling 1000 watts or the estimated? The amp says its 800 watts at 4 ohms. So my sub would be about 400. Does my amps still used 1000 watts of power?
