I've heard that athletes and bodybuilders use products like Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass and BSN True-Mass to gain "mass." My question is, what type of mass is that? Is the weight that it causes you to gain muscle mass or something else?
So what do you think about it? I am 18 and in intense training and would like to know is it good to take these type of vitamins and minerals... tell me everything that could help me please.
