I usually work out in my room because my mother will go on rage if i do it in the living room. I don't have a tv in my room so i can only use my Mac Pro but for some reason the P90X dads won't work. I already tries VLC but it it dint work. I"ll appreciate if you can help me out.

Im currently doing p90x and its my 2nd day doing this workout i bought mass XXX and i take 2 scoops when i wake up and 2 after my workout with p90x is this a good combonation? Or should i use a different protein?
Or should i go with the p90x recovery drink?
