I would like to know whether to change my 6 meal(breakfast, snack #1, lunch, snack #2, dinner, snack#3) plan from regular time of 8AM- 10PM to 3 PM- 6AM? The reason being is that I am now in a graveyard type of schedule, so any inputs out there is greatly appreciated.
i got the DVDs from my friend and thats it no workout routine.
i sorted all 12 of them out but i need a routine. so for any1 who has used it what are does the guide say what what exercises do i do for 90 days. i know its alot to ask for but please if u used p90x its because u felt u needed it...
I just bought the p90x dvds and I was wondering what sequence to use them in, and how long I should work out? For example...should I use cardio for ___ days and musle toning for __ days?
I have just ordered P90X and it is on it's way in the mail. Before I get it, I was wondering if the results are actually what it says they are "does it actually work"?
Now, this is a pretty hardcore nutrition plan... but ive got a problem here. i am the pickiest eater of all. Its a texture thing, i cant stand lettuce or celery, i dont eat vegetables, and i absolutely despise bananas.

Im a month into P90X and i haven’t seen any weight lose, i have gain muscle, but i want to lose some weight. I calculated my calorie intake and its level 1 between 1800-2300. I have been eating good but i haven’t been eating the amount im suppose to only about 1300-1600 is that why im not losing...

Wow, the videos are sick! I'm liking it alot. Just finished Day 2, Plyometrics was hard but very good.
Anyway I'm still not certain on the nutrition. I'm level II and still at school so still limited to what I can eat.
Breakfast: Weetabix and Plain Cereal along with toast (white or brown bread)...
i "bought" p90x dvd's do i need to follow the nutrition guide in order to get...
...results ? im 17yrs old so i dont have time to be nutritious everyday !!

I have all the dvd's of P90X, but I'm unaware of how to use them. For instance, do I follow one dvd per day or one part of one dvd per day or what? I do not have any of the manuels so I will have to guess on the nutrition and exercise schedule. Can anybody help? Thanks, Robert

im wanting to bulk up more and gain weight at 165 lbs and 6' tall. Should i take out one the fat burning exercised and replace them with another chest or arm workout?

Alight I just got P90X for christmas. I have been wanting to start the 90 day program but one thing is wrong. I want to follow the nutrition plan, but unfortunately I can't afford all of the stuff at this time. What would you suggest I do?

Level I Nutrition Plan = Under 150 lbs.
Level II Nutrition Plan = Between 150 & 200 lbs.
Level III Nutrition Plan = 200 lbs & over
FYI: 25/m, 6ft, 211 lbs ~13-14% body fat
So once I drop below 200 lbs, should I start following the Level...
