    Bells palsy at 30 weeks pregnant..?

    Hey peeps.. I Need your help.. my girlfriend was diagnosed with bell palsy she is 30 weeks pregnant and is taking acyclovir. her right side of her face doesnt move her eye stays open and she has to wear a eye patch too so her eye doesnt dry out.. does this happen often?

    Could I catch Bells Palsy since you get it from a virus?

    My cousin has Bells Palsy, most likely from Herpes. My brother has symptoms of Bells Palsy. I read online it's not contagious but if you get it from a virus then isn't it contagious? How do I prevent it?
