Doctor said I have Bells Palsy and he givme a pills to take he said it maybe last two weeks or more,half of my face don't have any controul,is any other thing I can do?

I`ve had Bell`s Palsy for almost 3 years now and it is still very evident on the right side of my face. I was wondering if bell's palsy is known to continue improving after this period of time or has it improved as much as it can.
