I keep trying to log in to my PSN account, but I keep getting an error. It keeps saying 'An error has occurred. You have been signed out of Playstation Network. (80550403)'. I can't find this error code using google, so could somebody tell me what it is and why I can't get on PSN?

I have had a problem with the disc drive not ejecting the disc back out of the blu ray player. I took it apart and made it so the disc could be put back into the PS3 and then when I eject the disc the first time, the tracking goes off again and makes a loud noise where I have to take it all...
