Okay,basically I was trying to watch a movie and by accidentally downloaded it somehow. Xvid is this movie thing that keeps popping up everytime i turn on the computer,or if im not using it for a while.And it brought up a bunch of viruses,and idk how to get rid of it now... Help PLEASE??!

I accidentally closed the lid of my macbook while listening to music with my visualizer on iTunes. After opening it, these tiny dots started appearing in darker areas as well as whenever something is moving on my screen. Here is a screenshot of what is going on...
