I am mounting these rims on a 1996 Ford Taurus, and would just like to make sure I am buying the correct tire. I was initially going to purchase 225/30/20 or 225/35/20 size, are these correct for the width of the rim?

I called a couple Chevy dealerships and they were like $160-$300. My tire size is 207 75 15 I think. These are small tires and I just need to buy a donut to put under the bed. Is there anywhere I can get it for real cheap? Even online?

I found some rims that will fit my car. I got the lugs and tires right but before i buy them it says they have a +38 offset. What does that mean in people terms. I went to pepboys and they said my car is a high offset like 40-45. Will 38 offset be ok.
