hi just wondering if you can cook a roast lamb in a slow cooker if so do i need to completely cover the meat with water i love meat done in a slow cooker as it is always tender....thanks

I roasted a lamb leg for dinner yesterday and the leftovers were still warm in the evening. I went to bed forgetting to put the meat in the fridge and I was going to curry the leftovers this evening. Don't really want to waste all that lovely meat. What shall I do? BTW It's quite chilly here...
