Hi, I've put on a lot of weight due to medication and really need to get motivated to get the diet now the effects have worn off a bit and I'm not starving all the time. It will help if I can eat a variety of foods. Any ideas much appreciated.

Unsalted, non chocolate, non smoked, ect, almonds are very good for you and a good snack
But everythign else sounds good as long as you work on it and dont cheat!!! ( too often )
anything natarual ...fruits vegies... meats from the meat counter or a butcher not packaged... for snacks eat nuts..seeds.especially sunflower seeds..they have sumthing in them that makes u feel full... even the flavored ones are good for u just drink lots of water to flush all the salt out so...
