I have different accounts for both, I've tried plugging in itouch to the shuffles account and sinking but it didn't work :( help?

I just added my music to my Nokia 822 and it shows two copies of each song. If you delete one the one left will not play. Its the same whether in the Xbox Music App or the Nokia Music app. What do i need to do to have only one copy on my phone?
