the w7 13.5 is rated at 1500 watts rms the ssa xcon is 1750 watts rms i know is handles more power but i heard the w7 is a beast. any one got any expirience with the xcon? and would it slam more then a w7?

My subwoofer is 400 watt rms at 2 or 8 ohm my amplifier is 400 watt rms at four ohms and 2 x 200 watt rms at 2ohms If i wire both 200 watt rms channels to my subwoofer will i get 400 watt rms at 2 ohms? if not can you explain why please?
