I have a Panimage 7. How do I sync an android to google?

I have been trying to sync a ringtone I created on an app i downloaded on my iphone. I have followed their tutorial but it won't let me sync it at all. Any suggestions? Oh, and it is listed as a ringtone on itunes and it is in m4r file.

is it ok to stop the sony ericsson sync running process?....i keep gettin annoying notification every hour bleeping telling me sony ericsson cannot sync due to no internet..( i disable data traffic when im not using phone).... thx
