Buy the turkey tomorrow if frozen so it has time to thaw, it must be thawed in the refridgerator and it takes like three days. You should do 1-2lbs per person so a 14-16lb bird will do good. Go check out foodnetwork.com they have awesome recipes and the best way to make a turkey by Alston Brown.
