I start a quick scan, it stops at 16% it stayed on there for an hour and this been going on for a while. When I do a full scan, it stays on 23% forever. It wont let me stop it, I have to force stop on my Ctrl,Alt,Del. How do i get this problem to go away, its been like this for a week.
