I can't do anything with a disabled keyboard and mouse, can't boot safe mode, can't enter bios just because the recent Win 8 update. I kept powering my laptop off and on and that's the only thing I can do. So how do I get the keyboard to work again? Thanks

Everytime I check for software updates it says "your phone is up to date" even on BlackBerry Desktop Manager. I know the latest one is 6.0.0.723.. I have the 2475 bundle. Please tell me what to do!!!
