I have a 4.3L V6 and i can't figure out why i can't switch from vents to defrost or floor. I have been doing some reading about vacuum lines but would appreciate the help from someone.

I have a lot of noise bleeding through my Trickle Vents, the house builder has agreed to fit Baffle Plates - will this help reduce the noise by much?

Ok I am having problems with my car. When I turn it on with the heaters on, i can smell gasoline come from the vents when i put it on defrost. But when I put the heaters on to where the heat circulates through the car and i get no gas smell. Why is that?
