vents

Air flows well through the vents in the front of the house but hardly at all in the back of the house. We recently had our ducts cleaned too and that didn't help as well as changing the damper settings. Any ideas?

The direction of the air coming from the vents whenever I turn the direction knob stays going to the windshield. Nowhere else. It used to work, but when I stepped on the gas, it would direct itself to the windshield, then back to wherever I wanted it to go if I cruise. What should I fix?
