I have been using the recording function of my receiver to record to an external HD. It works great but I want to burn this recordings on to a DVD. I know how to burn, I only need a way to convert this files to MPEG2 or avi extensions. I also want to know if ts and trp the same?? Thanks a lot

I got a Viewsat Ultra Lite Box, I want to be able to change channels on the box using media center, but I can't set it up. I always get stuck on the part where media center ask me to press 0 on my viewsat remote, I do it but Media Center does not recognize the control, any help will be appreciated.
