last night i tried to download so many times and so my many torrents but still, its not working. it keep showing me this message: Error: Invalid download state, try resuming.

I didnt drop it or anything it just stopped working all of a sudden. The black backlight comes on but nothing other than that. When I call it it still rings but the screen always stays black! Is there any videos explaining how to fix it or any easy fix? Thanks!
I signed up for a Blockless account that switched my DNS numbers to American ones a while ago and it was working great for Netflix, but recently I switched to Telus internet and only my local DNS numbers are working, does anybody know why?
