•Walk 30 min.
•Stretch 30 min.
•Lie on back and open/close legs (100 reps)
•90deg develope kick (20 reps each leg)
•Squats (50 reps)
•Bicycle crunch (20 each leg)
•Ball crunches (50 reps)
•Leg lifts- front, side (20 reps ea.)
•Reverse crunch (25 reps)
•Plank (Hold for 30 sec)
•Wall sit (Hold 1 min, 3 reps)
