16k on the Bike and 8k jog which one is better?

Reading the top, which one is better in terms of building ur fitness and strength? Because if I did a 16k jog I wouldn't be able to do it, and if I did 8k on the bike it is not enough. I'm confused which one is better to do in terms of fitness and strengh?
 
Which ever raises your heart beat more or which ever you find more difficult to do.
 
The jogging will probably burn more calories. You can coast when you bike, but you can't run without running.

But you should do whichever you like best - that's the one that you will stick with. Or do both.

I would say the 8K jog. Jogging takes more energy than biking does, unless you're biking uphill.
